Account Deletion – Near Bee

Near Bee allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly inside the Near Bee app by following these steps:

Settings → Delete Account

Once the deletion request is submitted, the account will be marked for deletion.

Deletion Process

  • The account will first be marked for deletion.

  • A 48-hour recovery window will be provided during which the user can cancel the deletion request by logging back into the account.

  • If the user does not cancel the request within 48 hours, the account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Personal Data That Will Be Deleted

After the deletion period ends, the following personal information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • City

  • Bio information

  • Profile photo

  • Social media profile links

  • Location data

  • Compliments and interactions associated with the account

Data Retention

Some limited information may be temporarily retained if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. This retained data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted when it is no longer required.

Recovery

Users can cancel the deletion request by logging into their account within 48 hours of requesting deletion.

After 48 hours, the deletion process becomes permanent and irreversible.
