Account Deletion Policy Last updated: May 14, 2026 Nviron respects your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data. 1. HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION You can request deletion directly within the app at any time: Open Nviron Go to Settings Tap "Delete Account" Confirm your request No external contact or email is required. The request is submitted instantly from within the app. 2. WHAT IS DELETED Within 48 hours of your deletion request, the following will be permanently removed: Your profile (name, city, bio, interests, social media links) Your profile photo from Firebase Storage Your Firebase Authentication record All chat messages stored on our servers Your connection history, likes, hearts, and compliment data Your settings and preferences including block lists and Ghost Mode state Any pending connection requests associated with your account 3.
