Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nviron mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nviron. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You may register using a valid mobile number verified by OTP, or via Google sign-in
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • You must not create accounts on behalf of others or use false identities
  • Each person may maintain only one active account

3. YOUR PROFILE AND CONTENT

  • You are solely responsible for all content you post, including your profile photo, bio, interests, and messages
  • Profile photos must be of yourself and must be suitable for a general audience
  • You must not post content that is false, offensive, sexually explicit, or unlawful
  • Social media links you add must be your own legitimate profiles
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR

Nviron is a platform for respectful, genuine connections. You agree to:

  • Treat every user with respect and courtesy
  • Send only kind, appropriate, and respectful compliments — offensive, sexual, or harassing compliments are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension
  • Not harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any user on or off the platform
  • Not use the App for spam, commercial solicitation, or promotion of any kind
  • Not impersonate any other person or create misleading profiles
  • Not attempt to pressure or deceive other users into sharing personal contact information
  • Report users who behave inappropriately using the in-app report feature

Violations of community standards may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

5. PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES

The App requests the following permissions:

  • Location (foreground only): to show your profile to nearby users and display distances. We do not access location in the background.
  • Camera: to take photos for your profile or to send in chat. This permission is optional.
  • Photo library access: to select existing photos. This permission is optional.
  • Notifications: to alert you about messages, connection requests, and interactions. This is optional and can be disabled at any time.

You may revoke any permission at any time from your device settings. Revoking location permission will prevent your profile from appearing in nearby feeds.

6. CONNECTIONS AND MESSAGING

  • Chat is available only between users who have mutually accepted a connection request
  • Connection requests are not anonymous — your name and profile are visible to the recipient
  • Compliments are fully anonymous — the sender's identity is never shared with the recipient under any circumstances
  • You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send
  • We do not monitor private messages in real time but may review content that has been reported

7. GHOST MODE AND BLOCKING

  • Ghost Mode hides your profile from all nearby users while still allowing you to browse the feed
  • Blocking a user removes them from your feed and removes you from theirs; blocked users cannot send you messages or interactions
  • These features are provided as privacy tools and must not be misused

8. SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS

  • Adding social media links is optional
  • You may set each link to public or private at any time
  • You must only add links to accounts that belong to you
  • We are not responsible for any content on external social media platforms

9. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Settings screen. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. This action is irreversible. See our full Account Deletion Policy for details.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App design, branding, code, and assets belong to Nviron. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. Content you post remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within the App for its intended purpose.

11. DISCLAIMERS

  • Nviron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times
  • We are not responsible for the behavior or actions of any user on or off the platform
  • We are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from user interactions

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nviron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time as described in Section 9.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Deletion Policy Last updated: May 14, 2026 Nviron respects your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data. 1. HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION You can request deletion directly within the app at any time: Open Nviron Go to Settings Tap "Delete Account" Confirm your request No external contact or email is required.
